Our swimming pool is heated throughout the year. During off-peak periods, the pool heater may be switched off midweek when demand is lower. If you’d like the pool heated during your stay, just let our team know. As it takes time to heat the large volume of water, we recommend contacting us in advance where possible.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. If you’re booking within 30 days of arrival, payment requirements may differ, so please check at the time of booking.
Yes, booking dates can be changed subject to availability.
Changes made before your stay may result in a difference in price depending on the new travel dates. Minimum-stay requirements that applied to your original booking may also still apply.

If you need to cancel, please contact BIG4 Aireys Inlet in writing by email.
For cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit can either be refunded less a $30 administration fee per booking, or held as a credit towards a future stay at BIG4 Aireys Inlet for up to six months.
Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will result in the deposit and balance paid being forfeited.

Yes. Linen is provided for all paid guests staying in our accommodation.
Infants under two stay free and linen is not automatically provided for them. If you need linen or baby equipment for an infant, please speak with our team before arrival.
Yes. Baby Bundles are available to hire and include a portacot, linen and a high chair.
Hire fees apply and equipment is subject to availability, so we recommend arranging your Baby Bundle with reception before you arrive.
One vehicle is permitted per accommodation booking or site.
Limited additional and visitor parking is available outside the front fence of the park. If you’re bringing a trailer or boat, please contact reception before arrival as on-site storage space cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. Day visitors are welcome when visiting guests already staying at BIG4 Aireys Inlet.
Please check with reception before arranging visitors. All visitors are required to register at reception when they arrive.
No. Personal fire pits and fires are not permitted within the holiday park.
We do have a seasonal communal fire pit which is lit and managed by our team when weather and fire conditions allow.
Yes. If you’re travelling with friends or family, you can request for your cabins or sites to be located together.
Requests are subject to availability and can’t be guaranteed. If you want to lock in specific cabins or sites, you can use our site selection option for an additional fee. This lets you choose your preferred locations rather than having them allocated by our team.
