To confirm your reservation/s, a deposit is required at the time of booking via credit card or bank transfer. Payment of the deposit via funds transfer requires actioning immediately to allow for processing, in order to confirm the reservation.
Payment of the final remaining balance is due prior to 30 days of your arrival date.

We accept payment by cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
Payment via funds transfer is also available but must be arranged in advance to allow sufficient time for funds to clear before any deposit due dates.
Gift cards are accepted as a form of payment.
Cancellations for stays must be made via email, directly with the park and must be more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Failure to receive outstanding balances 30 days prior to your arrival will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and the forfeit of the initial deposit.
Cancellations of a booking received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, can be processed in 2 ways:
Change of dates must be made up until 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
Change of dates made within 30 days are also subject to availability. Any changes of rates for the new travel dates will require payment of the difference at the time the changes are applied.
Reducing the number of nights for a current booking, (within 30 days of arrival), will result in a held guest credit for 6 months – these nights are non-refundable.
Any minimum night stays that were current at the time of your booking will still apply.
Early departure: No refunds or held credits will be given should you decide to reduce your stay as an in-house guest.
It is highly advised to look at travel insurance for cover due to unforeseen circumstances including weather events/conditions, event cancellations, medical expenses, health pandemics and loss or damage to personal baggage. Within the cancellation period of your booking, a refund will not be made due to weather conditions/events.
Our rates are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.
We operate a dynamic pricing system, and rates may fluctuate based on availability, demand, and other factors.
Prices applicable at the time of booking are final. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made should tariffs change after a reservation has been confirmed.
Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving prior to our standard check-in time. However, guests designated accommodation or site may not be immediately available.
Requests for late check-outs are subject to availability at time of request. Pending availability, late check outs may incur an additional charge.
Guests arriving outside of office hours must make contact directly with the park to make alternative arrangements.
Please note, that for cabins a maximum number of occupants applies for each cabin style, as noted on our website. These maximums include infants and cannot be exceeded. For sites, up to six occupants (including children and infants) per site.
All bookings at the park must include one adult (over 18 years of age) in the reservation and all children must be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
BIG4 Aireys Inlet reserves the right to request proof of age (adult or child).
Please be advised that under Workplace Health & Safety obligations we must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2003 which states “Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk, children must not play on the top bunk.” Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
Linen is provided for all paid guests.
To ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for all guests, please note the following classifications and booking requirements:
Infants: Children under the age of 2 years at the time of stay are classified as infants and are accommodated free of charge. Please be aware that no linen or equipment is provided for infants. Should you require baby equipment, we offer Baby Bundles for hire, which include a porta cot, linen, and a high chair. Hire fees apply, and equipment is subject to availability. Please contact Reception prior to your arrival to arrange hire and confirm availability.
Children: Guests aged between 2 and 15 years at the time of stay are classified as children. Children’s rates apply, and they must be included in the reservation to ensure appropriate linen is provided and to facilitate the correct allocation of wristbands for access to park facilities and events.
Adults: Guests aged 16 years and over at the time of stay are classified as adults. Adult rates apply.
Accurate guest information at the time of booking is essential to ensure proper accommodation arrangements and access to park amenities. Failure to provide correct details may result in additional charges or limitations during your stay.
Guests are required to leave their accommodation, site, and any equipment or facilities used in a clean, tidy, and working condition upon departure.
Any damage to, or loss of, property from accommodation, sites, or facilities may be charged to the guest’s credit card.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of items from accommodation,
Damage to accommodation, facilities, or equipment,
Loss or non-return of hire equipment,
Lost or damaged keys (including the cost of key replacement and, if necessary, lock replacement),
Any other associated damages.
Management reserves the right to recover costs for any additional cleaning, repair, or replacement deemed necessary.
Our cabins are supplied with a complimentary starter pack of dishwashing liquid, soap/body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tissues, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Replenishment of these items is the responsibility of the guest.
A valid credit card is required for all accommodation reservations to cover any incidental charges during your stay.
Day visitors are only permitted if they are visiting an existing guest staying within the premises. We ask that you please check with reception prior to arranging any visitors and that visitors are required to fill in a registration form at reception.
BIG4 Aireys Inlet is a family orientated park. With this in mind, a 10pm noise curfew applies to ensure enjoyment for all guests.
A BIG4 Aireys Inlet representative is accessible 24 hours a day after hours calls are for emergencies only.
Parents are responsible for their children’s actions on their bikes (helmets must be worn) and for general behaviour around the park.
Please be aware that the roads within the park are shared zones.
Children under 12 years old must be supervised.
We love being a pet-friendly park and want to keep it that way! To ensure a great experience for all guests, we ask that pet owners follow these guidelines:
Management reserves the right to evict guests if a pet is deemed dangerous, causes excessive noise, or disrupts other guests or for failure to abide by our pet policy.
Strictly only one vehicle is allowed per site/cabin. Limited parking for additional/visitor’s cars is available outside the front fence of the park. Please contact reception prior to arrival if you are bringing a trailer or boat as we cannot guarantee space to park these on-site.
Fires are not permitted in the park (including coal based BBQs), other than our seasonal communal Fire Pit which is to be lit and managed by park staff only.
We (BIG4 Aireys Inlet) reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules.
